Sabotaging the Good.

I used to find faults in every situation that I was in, I felt lonely and alone even after being surrounded by people. Loneliness is killing and being lonely is common yet difficult. People tend to leave their happiness the moment it gets over. If you were at a party and you enjoyed it to the fullest, why do you come home and get sad the moment someone pokes you? It's YOU who let a small moment of sadness overpower the enjoyment that you had for hours. Sometimes you have some hours of happiness after so long and someone tries to ruin it...I know that feeling of hopelessness, the moment when you say 'at least let me be happy for a day'. I get it. It's hard to ignore all the negativity and feel happy...Ask yourself, how many times will you let people ruin your day? How many times can you prevent people from talking shit? You CAN'T. What you can do is ignore it. It's the most peaceful way of handling things. It's a good idea to mould yourself because at last, it's YOUR happiness and not someone else's.

Parents, as much as you love them they misunderstand things at times. It's a fact and trust me you're not alone. So many people out there don't talk about it because nobody wants to disrespect their parents but parents and friends are the first ones to ruin your happiness. It's just psychological, you cannot change it. They first pretend that they want something that's in your interest and the best for you and the moment you open up, they ruin it all....if you did something wrong and they were patient while listening, they'll taunt you for those things in the days following. It's something that everyone experiences at least once in their lifetime. It's not their fault though. They cannot understand our psychology and we can't blame them for that, what we can do is accept the fact that there may be situations when our parents won't get us and that's completely okay.

Sad moments are a part of every human's life but don't let them overpower your thoughts and your whole life.

Friends, they're amazing people who cheer you up most of the time but all those times when they don't people tend to feel lonely.

What is loneliness? It's a feeling that you get when you are left out, alone or sad. What if you take yourself out? Love yourself before loving others. It's not a bad idea to prioritize yourself. Friends will always be there, one or the other but, YOU need to make sure that you're okay with them not being there at times.

The one reality of life that people need to understand is that you cannot completely trust or depend on people, at last, it will break your heart and make you sad, it won't harm anyone but you. Be happy, love life, love people, perform your duties, be sad but don't let it sabotage your happiness. It's the key to a beautiful life. Don't ever let anything ruin your mental peace and happiness. Remembering the past is normal, thinking about people that mattered once is okay, vibing on lofi remixes is normal but letting that affect your present and future is something one should take care of..

The next time when you feel sad, think about the good things that you did during the whole day and if you think you did nothing, go to the park, listen to your favorite genre of songs, dance, sing, make the day happy yourself! It's not as hard as you think.
